On a call translated by NoteFish
You were on a call with a business that uses NoteFish to talk to you in your language. This page explains what that means for you.
What happened on the call
- Your words were translated for them. The person you spoke to talks in their own language. NoteFish turned what you said into text and showed it to them in their language.
- Their words were translated for you. Their replies were translated into your language and played to you in an AI copy of their own voice, which they recorded themselves and agreed to aloud. The words were theirs; the voice speaking your language was generated by AI.
- Your voice is never cloned. It is used only to understand what you said.
- The call was written down, not recorded. A written transcript of the call is kept for a limited time, set by the business (90 days unless it chose otherwise). Audio is not stored.
Who is responsible for your data
The business you called decides what happens to the call and its transcript. It is the controller of your data, and its privacy notice applies. NoteFish (Î.I. „LEONARDO CALANCEA”) processes the call on its behalf.
Your choices
- If you do not want the call translated or transcribed, say so, or end the call and contact the business another way.
- To see, correct or delete what was kept about you, ask the business you called.
- You can also write to us at hello@notefish.ai. We will pass your request to that business and help it answer.
