Refund Policy

We want you to pay for NoteFish only if it works for you. This policy explains when you get your money back and how to ask.

Who handles refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, so refunds are paid by Paddle to the card or account you paid with.

How to ask

Your first payment: 14 days, no questions

If NoteFish is not for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan (Pro, Max or Team), and you get a full refund. This applies whether you pay monthly or yearly, and whether or not you have started using the plan.

Renewals

Before a renewal. Cancel any time before the renewal date, and you are not charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Just after a renewal. If you forgot to cancel and ask within 14 days of a renewal, we refund that renewal in full as long as you have not translated any calls in the new period.

If you have used the new period, the renewal is not refunded, but the plan stays active until the end of it.

Pay-as-you-go minutes

Minutes you bought but have not used can be refunded within 14 days of buying them. Minutes already used are not refunded.

If NoteFish lets you down

If NoteFish is unavailable or does not work as described for a significant time, tell us. We refund the affected part of your plan, even outside the periods above.

Team plans

The same rules apply per person. When you remove a person from a Team plan, the change applies from the next billing period.
